App.plex.tv is unable to connect to “YOUR SERVER NAME” securely

After installing DSM7.0, I download the Media Server spk installing package from plex. Following the setting step(add folder), I found that I couldn’t connect my Plex Server on web.
remind me that Unable to connect to “SERVERNAME” securely.”

  1. 4.69.1 is the Plex/web version, not the server version.
  2. Are you using http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web to open it ?
  • Don’t use the URL link in package center until after you complete setup
  1. Which version does Package Center show is installed?
