Appearance of DVR file names in Plex

Using latest Plex Media Server’s DVR feature. I have it set to record PBS Newshour, it shows the names in Plex like …

I like how the first is named with the date but the others do not have the date.

I looked at the file names and they are all like

/share/CACHEDEV3_DATA/Multimedia2/DVR/PBS NewsHour (2009)/Season 45/PBS NewsHour (2009) - S45E234 - Episode 234.ts

When I go to

there is not even a Season 45 listed. How can I get Plex to add the date to all shows like it does in the first one?
