Apple CarPlay & Tidal - differing artist sort order

When I access my Tidal library in PlexAmp, over Apple CarPlay, my list of artists appears in a random order. This makes it difficult to make a choice while trying to concentrate on driving.

I raised this in an app review and Plex’s response there was that the order would be the same as I have it in PlexAmp on my iPhone. It isn’t. On my iPhone I have artists listed in alphabetical order, yet in my car it lists randomly.

Any advice?

Plex have acknowledged this a genuine bug and have promised a fix.
