Tried everything, read the posts in reddit and no luck after many hours. I did not see a timetable for response from plex staff. Given current world state it does not surprise me. Looking forward to a resolution.

Same here on AppleTV for the last couple of days.
Same problem here. EPG is missing on all of my Apple devices (4 Apple TVs, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro, iPad Mini (6th gen). The EPG displays normally on my Windows 11 laptop, PLEX browser app, Synology server, and LG TVs.
