Hi Guys,
I have an issue with Live TV and DVR on the Apple TV app.
All my other clients that i use, web, phone, android etc all have a “refresh guide” under the DVR and LiveTV section.
The apple TV does not. It’s forgetting all guide information and thus removing the channels after 24hrs and not refreshing. There is no button to force a refresh like other apps.
The guide shows as normal in the web-app and is updated automatically as you’d expect. But the apple TV goes blank.
The only way i can get the guide to refresh is to restart the Apple TV. Then my guide information is back and everything works as normal.
Why does the Apple TV app miss the “refresh guide” button and how can i do it manually?
