Have to restart Plex app on Apple TV for the live tv guide to update

Hi everyone,
I am having an issue which is only affecting my Apple TV devices. I have a HD homerun and a windows 11 Plex server on an intel nuc. Everything has been working great until the last week or so when I have noticed that when I return to one of my Apple TV devices and navigate to live tv in Plex, the tv guide is still at the same time and date where I left it, all other non Apple TV devices refresh within a few seconds but on Apple TV I have to close and restart the app for the guide to refresh? Does anyone else have this issue and is there a known bug/fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rich,
I have a similar setup, HD Homerun, Windows 10 running on a NUC, etc… I’ve been experiencing this issue across three different Apple TV units since 2021. Since Plex hasn’t addressed the problem, my solution (albeit clunky) is to simply restart the Apple TV unit right after waking it up to watch TV for the evening. Not elegant, but it works.
