I’ve emailed a couple times and you guys have been great at responding but I am not a tech person and need help. Love plex and infuse app on my apple TV but can’t get my remote access to work. I am wondering if someone can give me a step by step instruction on how to fix? It was working great but when I updated my eero wireless to pro throughout my home I have no access and get the message Relay Connection Active now. I have tried to read through the instructions but am confused on how to do it…help
