Hello,
Voila for several weeks, my Remote Access is not working properly, I followed the instructions to configure my router (Orange LiveBox). As soon as I activate this it turns off a few seconds later. As soon as I want to use Plex on my Ipad or my Iphone I am not totally connected to the server.
Need help thank you !!!

Have you checked if you really cannot access your server from your phone/tablet while they’re outside your home network?
The status indicator is known to be off / out of sync.

Can you access the public IP / port of your router from outside your home network, e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org ?

Yes I have access by being outside my network but in limited connection.
