I can't quite follow exactly when the errors are cropping up, but if it seems to be happening in relative proximity to updating your PMS library, I'd start looking there: What happens if you remove (temporarily) all your PMS metadata, and let it re-create the library from scratch?
I uninstalled PMS and deleted all the folders related to it (Including metadata) and the errors are still there
Next up: Try a binary elimination on your media to see if it's related to a certain file. (Remove half your media; fixed? Error was in the removed half. Repeat, narrowing by half each time, until you have a result.)
Let me get this straight, you mean remove either TV Shows or Movies and check if that fixes it?
Well, you said in the original post that it was only your Movies section that wasn't working. I mean take half of your movies, and remove them from your library (just drop them into another folder temporarily). If the problem persists, remove half of the remaining movies. If the problem goes away, remove the successful half, and put the other half back in. Repeat until you have one movie left (or maybe more) that is the cause of the problem.
