Arabic subtitle on xbox one x is showing English letters and symbols in the early access app

i used to play episodes on the original plex and the Arabic sub in (.ASS) and works great. but as soon as i turned early access on, the subtitle shows English letters and symbols now. had to reverse to the original plex.
the early access one is better in ( making my xbox one x not disconnecting for 8 seconds from my projector as soon as i play an episode )
