Submitted a request quite a few days ago (feels like way more than a week; didn’t know I’d need to track it so can’t say for sure) to join the beta testing program for the Android app, primarily in the hope of eliminating the “Your connection to the server is not fast enough” issue that’s made my Nvidia Shields more or less useless as far as Plex is concerned. Still no confirmation email, and it’s still not showing in the Google Play Store that I’m a beta tester as my other beta apps do. Just wondering if I’m being impatient, if application request processing is behind or if I need to resubmit. Not that I expect there’s a fix already, but when there is I’d like to get it sooner rather than later. Thanks for any info.
My request took about a week and I had to get the email from my SPAM folder. Double check that folder on your email client and have patience my friend.
