Donā€™t get discouraged. Plex need to get their act together and fix regressions / loss of functionality when they introduce them.

Everyone who reports actual regressions should take a leaf out of your book and keep the focus on plex until its resolved. Otherwise the thread will just auto close like so many other bug reports on this forum.

This is a very annoying bug and hopefully one day itā€™ll be fix ā€¦

I sure hope so. Weā€™re rounding the corner to 9 months and only a single reply from moderation. Itā€™s pretty irritating seeing how I mostly use plex for my audio collection. My plex client is Google TV chromecast. Not capable of loading plexamp either. I just hope this thread gets a little attention. The fix would be a huge improvement for me.

Thereā€™s really no indication they will care either way. They obviously keep putting out updates while ignoring broken features. this isnā€™t a FOSS project with few resources and unpaid devs, itā€™s a for profit company with a service we pay for. If i didnā€™t have lifetime pass I would have stopped paying for it years ago.
