For users other than the library owner, the “Recent Plays” tab for a given artist is not present. The “Recent Plays” section on the home screen is present, however.
I would expect it to look like the following, however that whole tab entry is missing for affected users:
I’m not sure if this works correctly for non-owner users with permissions other than the default ones.
