AS5304T PLEX causing constant hard disk operation

Player Version#: 4.59.2
Since I installed Plex Media Server, the hard disk constantly spinning, and never gone to sleep.
How do I stop the hard disk from constantly spinning to avoid ruining the hard disk?
The Plex Server is installed on Volume 1 (Hard Disk 1 - Seagate Ironwolf 4 TB).
The media files/libraries are stored on Volume 2 (Hard Disk 2 - Western Digital Green 2 TB).
