Astra 19.2 Channels found but epg with no result -> save error

I received with my tv card nearly a 1000 channels on astra 19.2 sat in Germany.
fine for me.
in the next step I am asked for postcode.
Again fine for me.
Than the system finds no entry, in numbers 0.
So no save is possible.

What can I do, how can I fix this? Please help.
