Asustor AS5402T - Truenas Scale - no HW transcoding

Running my Asustor AS5402T on Truenas Scale (tried the plex container official and truecharts one)
The GPU is detected (in HW transcoding I can choose JasperLake [UHD Graphics])
but transcoding is still software
Yes I have the Plex Pass

Any idea on how to solve this?

curious to know more as well. Looking at building a truenas scale out of an older AMD PC with a discrete nvidia GPU and need hardware transcoding for streaming.

Does your audio stutter really bad but video looks good? When I talked with TrueNAS they said to come in here and see what people said. They think maybe something is wrong with Plex in the container.

That is what mine is doing currently. I am using an i7 8700 with 1650.
