As I watch anything on Plex, the audio becomes out of sync by about half a second. I can fix this by quitting the TV show/movie I’m watching and then starting again but that’s kind of a nuisance.
This has only come on in the last month
My setup is media on external hard-drives plugged directly into PC that has Plex server
And where is the playback done?
Using which type of Plex client?
How is the audio system connected to the Plex client?
Playback is done on a Samsung QLED using Plex Media Player connected to media PC by hdmi cable.
Sound system is a sound bar connected by optical, however it was doing this before we put that in and it was just TV audio.
Put PMP into the TV mode, if it’s not already.
Then go to Settings - Video and experiment with these settings:
