You should make it where we can make our audio books available via the plex app. I have hundreds of them and no real way to stream them except as misc files in the music section but would love to have the ability to have it named and such through the app.
This will pretty surely be locked soon as a duplicate request.
You need to vote for this feature by “liking” the good number of other threads related to audio books.

I have created a audio book section in Plex Server. I converted them with a JPG as video and added the audio. I made 21 videos of the book to read like TV series. S01E01 to S01E21 videos to play. The size of each section was 89k. It does remember where I left off so I can continue to listen without restarting. I’m hoping it will continue Episodes when one finishes. Only way I have found until Plex People take notice that this is a good option.
I’m using Corel VideoStudio X9 as converter. I added JPG and audio and convert it under custom avi file 320x240 video.
