I would like this too.
+1 1.5x and 2x speeds would be great too.
+1 for this as well. Also would love to possible see a channel added that could stream content from libraries that expose their audiable book content online
+1 Flex is awesome but would be great to have all my media in OoneNE location. Lack of Audio Books support currently prevents this
Plus one, lets add this.
For audio books I have started converting them to MP4 video files and creating a video library section in Plex so that Plex will remember where I last stopped.

I just realized that I canāt turn the screen off on my android device while playing these videos unlike audio in plex where you can turn off the screen.
+1 as well
Audiobook support for iTunes .m4b would be really cool!
adding my voice to this as well, Plex seems like a great platform for audiobooks, it just needs a few changes to make it work nicely. Iām lucky I guess as I tend to rename my audiobook files into sequences, but it would be nice to just have them work, and resume and bookmark would be great,
Really ++++1 this request! better track discovery, resume and listen history (like āwatchedā) would be amazing
adding my voice as well
Yea I would also like this as well im having to store it locally on my device and play would be pretty awesome feature
+1 on Audiobooks. I literally have hundreds of gigabytes of audio books. Iāve tried renaming and reorganizing as a separate music folder, but itās really hit or miss. Also, a resume feature would be nice (as has been mentioned in other posts) so that we can find our way back in a paused 23 hour audiobook. Plex should be able to serve all of our media needs
+1 Audiobooks
would be awesom for now i have an extra subsonic server only for audibooks ā¦
+1, I have a Plex pass but a couple of guys I work with are holding off until Plex supports Audiobooks.
+1 for Audiobook supportā¦
M4B Audiobook support would enable me to ditch iTunes forever. Plex has my Movies, TV shows, Music and Home Videos covered, but Audiobooks and Courses (Audio & Video) need bookmark support to make this a one stop shop. Iāve already bought the lifetime subscription, and Iād pay again if this feature were added.
Plex will be my digital warehouse forever.
+1 for Audiobook support. I have a Plex pass, and am responsible for several others getting one as well. I know that it would be a selling point to upgrade to Plex pass. The demographics for people wanting audibook support, are more likely to be willing to pay for the privilege of having it. Makes sense from a business perspective. Add it, you know you want to! Until then, Iāll keep using my Amazon echoā¦that is in one location, and thus inconvenient.
+1 been waiting for this for a while now. All it really needs is the resume feature.
