Audio Changes Languages Mid-Watch and Crashes if I click on Settings

I’m watching an anime and it changes to English audio mid-stream. If I try to click on the Playback Settings to change it back to Japanese, I get kicked out of the player with an error.

I don’t know if it ties into the same cause but I have a similar issue.

The audio language changes from English (set as default in settings) while I am watching to German (1. audio track) regardless of the show or file. Trigger seems to be when something changes (any file gets added or removed) in the library folder.

I can reproduce this behaviour but I am certain that this was not happening a couple of moths ago (don’t know the Server/Client Versions at that time).
