I have just started using the Plex for Xbox360 app and the sound is slightly out of synch (it plays slower than the visuals) and also the volume is very soft particularly in regards to the other xbox sounds.
If there any way to tweak the settings either on the xbox or through Plex's web interface so I can to fix these issues?

i have found if you play above the default res of 720p my lip sync goes out as well.
Out of sync for me to. At default resolution/bitrate.
How can you adjust the resolution/bitrate? Is this adjustable on the Xbox 360 or on the server?
