Audio problems while using TV-Box

Hello!

I got a problem while using my tv box thru my new LG TV.
I can watch lets say an episode of a tv-show. and suddenly the sound shuts off, then the only way to get it back is to fast forward or shut the episode down. but if you rewind again it will shut down the audio again at the exact same place, that can happen up to 1-5 times in one episode. same goes for a movie or anything i watch using the app on my android TV box and my LG TV.
if i use the app on my Samsung android tablet, there is not issue. never any sound problems at all. only on the tv box.
The system is set up using a HDMI thru a Bose sound system and HDMI from the TV to the box, and the app uses my online seed box thru plex.

What can it be? am at a loss and getting tired of wont be able to enjoy movies and tv shows using plex on my big new TV.

Reads like a problem with the mystery tv box.

Why not use the Plex app on the LG?

Because every time i use the plex app on the LG its always buffering. i need to lower the quality alot to be able to watch anything. even though am on a 1GB line and my seed box is on a 40GB line.
Not sure why its doing that.
