Audio stream is delayed 3 seconds on Xbox Series X

I’m 99% sure this is a client problem, but the audio stream for movies and episodes doesn’t kick in until about 3 seconds into the video, it’s just a little jarring. Nothing seeking back doesn’t fix, but it shouldn’t be doing that.
