Works fine with EVERYTHING except Xbox Series X App

I am using a Synology DS920+ and i am having issues with my Xbox stopping and buffering every 3 seconds of playtime whether MKV H.264 or MP4. I have multiple devices that have no problems playing all videos including the 4K wirelessly…the Xbox Series X is hardwired and cannot (for some reason) play without issues.

is anyone else having this issue? if so, how did you fix it?

I have exactly the same problem! Not found a cure yet other than selecting a stereo soundtrack instead of DTS etc
