Audio Track Issue on Xbox One

Hi

Since I installed the new version of Plex on my Xbox One yesterday, I cannot use the French Track. Either I select French or English Track the audio is on English.

Any clue what’s happen ?

This appears to be a bug in the app that has secondary audio not being used even though it is selected. The developers are aware of the issue and trying to recreate it so they can trace back where it is coming from.

A few questions:
Do you have language settings set to autoselect french?
Have you tried audio selection during playback?
Have you tried audio selection on the pre-play screen? (The screen you hit the play button on)

Same for me, in some movies it worked but i need to activate subtitles before being able to switch audio track.

to answer questions,
yes language settings is french,
xbox french too.
audio selection tested before, and during playback.

moreover subtitles disapeare during playback, have to reload play to make them reappear.

every tests done on differents movies in different library.

Thanks for the quick feedback, I have forwarded it on to the developers to hopefully get something rolling quicker.

This is a known issue that the developers are tracking down. It has been seen over different clients so the developers are still actively troubleshooting it as well.

Same here with german

Same here with Spanish. In tv is correct but in Xbox one dont work…always in english :\

Hi folks. We’ve identified the issue and will have a fix in the next update. For now you can work around the issue by going to the app settings -> Video -> and setting Allow Direct Play to false.

hope this gets fixed soon in next version

Hi Moussa,

Disable “allow direct play” work with 90% of MKV, but a few still playing without sound. Sometime activate subtitle may the sound work again, sometime not.
(I’m french, sorry for my bad english).

v2.0.4 should now be available to you all, which includes a fix for this bug.
