Error in audio track selection and subtitles

Hello everyone ! 

 

I have the following problem just with my Xbox One, and I use Plex also on an Apple Tv and a Roku stick WITHOUT this problem.

 

Everytime I start a Episode form a TV Show, it start with:

 

  • English Audio Track 
  • NO Sub

 

Then I stop, press on MORE ( . . . ) and I see that ITALIAN audio track it's selected (as it should be by default on Plex Server). So I select the 2nd Italian Audio track (AC3 one, the first is AAC working perfectly on the other players in Italian of course) and the result is:

 

  • Italian Audio Track 
  • Italian SUB

But I never select the sub ....  :angry:

 

So I stop again and I have to press again on MORE and as before, but now on subtitles, I see that NONE is selected....(as it should) but it is displaying them anyway... 

 

So I had to select another language for the Sub, let's say Italian, and the result is

 

  • Italian Aduio Track
  • Italian Sub (or the one selected) 

So I stop again ( :angry:  :angry:  :angry:)  and I have to press again on MORE and finally select NONE for the sub. 

 

Now I can finally see the Episode with the correct audio track and No sub ! 

 

Have you find the same problem ?
