My first time posting, sorry if i am not in the correct section. I’m having trouble with the plex in a remote location. I have a samsung tv with apple tv. Everything looks correct, then i play a movie, any movie, audio works and no video? Not sure how to fix it, any ideas?

If you hit Pause, does the Plex overlay UI appear on top of the video?
If you hit Menu, can you return to the Plex Library?
I wonder if the ATV is configured to adjust the Resolution/Refresh Rate/Color Depth automatically, and the TV doesn’t support the changed mode.
You might try disabling dynamic range matching.
