Just set up a new Synology server with Plex (up to date) and installed the plex app on my two Samsung TV’s, iphone, and computer. I am trying to play a bunch of MP4 videos (aac audio codec) and they play just fine via Plex on my computer and iphone. When I try to play the same videos on my two Samsung TV’s the video plays fine, but I get no sound at all. Both TV’s play sound fine from other apps such as Netflix and Amazon, so it’s clearly an issue with Plex. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
