When I play audio files via Plex app, Plexamp app, windows app, or through the web it doesn’t increase the play count. How do I resolve this?
found a solution that will work. Just made a filter for the smart playlist that looks at last played is not in the last 25 years. After this change, playlist now updates after I listen to the track.
