Auto Skip Unavailable Episodes and play another Version

I suppose what you’re asking for is the same suggestion discussed in this existing thread:

If there are 2 files and one is missing, play the file that is there

When you are in the middle of replacing a file and the library is scanning and hasn’t gotten to empty trash for the episode/movie it will show as duplicate. There is one file missing and the other is fine. If you press play it will error as missing. You have to go in, find version, and play that version. Why not just play the file that’s there automatically? I’m converting files to x265 or sometimes HD versions of shows get DVR’d or downloaded and I have to remember to go through steps. Also fa…
