For example, i have a move with TrueHD 7.1 sound and an AC3 5.1 track. Both english.
It always selects the TrueHD track, which is fine on the shield for example but always the wrong choice on a smart tv app. As a consequence, a 4k hdr movie gets transcoded (because for some reason when audio needs transcoding, also video gets transcoded), melting my NAS while when the user would select the AC5.1 track is will play in direct stream.
I can explain this to everyone who is using my plex, but in practice no one remembers this and just presses play.
