.AVI file not Working on "New " update (not bêta)
Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: all ( tv (LG, Samsung , smartphone , web )
Nothing in log ? ? ( Try at 1am20 min , last log , 1h08)
Uncertain if this is a Server update problem or a Player update problem.
If a Server update problem ----
Need the log files to diagnose. (Log files are almost always required)
Screenshots are not enough.
- DEBUG logging on
- VERBOSE logging OFF
- Start & recreate the playback failure
- Wait 20 seconds
- Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
- Attach the ZIP file.
