Backing up "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server" while *excluding* \Cache, \Diagnostics, \Logs, \Updates, etc

So I know on Windows, you want to backup your PMS data by backing up the “%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server” folder. And the instructions say that you can exclude the \Cache folder contained within that folder, so I do.

In addition to the \Cache folder, I would also like to exclude the following folders:
\Crash Reports
\Diagnostics
\Logs
\Updates

Will my backup be messed up if I exclude those folders from it? They don’t seem to be important to a backup, as I’m pretty sure they’re re-created when you install PMS on a new computer, but I just wanted to verify this before I exclude them from my backup entirely.

Thanks,
