Backup PMS data on Qnap

Hi all, i’ve used Plex for a while but never done a data backup and am a bit unsure what I should be backing up. I know the location of my files on the Qnap is

/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexMediaServer

Should I be backing up this whole folder or should I only back up part of it?

If I lose everything and need to reinstall PMS which folders from above do I then replace with my backed up files?

If I know the correct folder to backup i’ll then use hybrid backup sync to backup on a regular basis.

Backup the whole folder if you want less complications. metadata is stored in DB and “bundles” which consist of many files. Sure if your DB becomes corrupt just that will be fine but IMO no fun ever comes from trying to recreate a whole server without the whole PMS folder
