Behind The Scenes Thumbnails Not Showing--Help!

Server Version#: 1.15.14, shows creation date of 12/31/1969.
Player Version#: Using latest Apple TV 4K client and the server directly.

On two recent Blu Ray Rips with MakeMKV all of the content appears and looks as it should except the thumbnail images for the extras (Behind The Scenes) that I’ve created and named and put in a folder “Behind The Scenes”. I’ve done this at least 10 times before and did not notice a problem.

So, what might be the solution here?

Also, when adding one or tow new movies how do I tell Plex to look for the new movie…? I assume that there is an easy way that does not involve scamming all libraries. I’ve been going to the Mac via screen sharing and selecting “Update Libraries” in the menu… but this scans ALL libraries…

Problem Clarified: Thumbnail images on Extras content that I’ve added are not shown via the server or via AppleTV as a client.

Really no one has resolved an issues with extras thumbnails???

The latest beta version of the server has a fix for that.

(activate ‘Plex Pass Downloads’)

If the thumbs don’t show up after a few days, you might have to remoce and re-add those extras.
