Server Version#: Don’t know as it doesn’t find the right one

I’m Blind and used to really enjoy Plex. Now…
I am trying to move a server from one device, a Synology NAS, to a windows machine. This is not the first time I have tried this. I am not moving any of the Data that Plex MS has downloaded, just the server itself. The files remain on the NAS.
Last time I tried I got so frustrated I just created a new user account. I am even paying for TWO plex passes (I hardly have reason for one). It is near impossible to easily see the status of my accounts and the server location and name etc. I can not find this to change. It automatically opens the wrong server, which I have now deleted. It refuses to find the new one on my network and I can not find any way to change it in my settings.
It is nearly impossible for me to go through these forums to find the right way to ask the question. There is no email address that I can find for support to plex. I have been using it for nealy 10 year s now but it is over bloated always pushing my libraries off screen; just difficult all round.
Don’t think Plex mind losing another customer but where did the simple ethos go? I would love to get this sorted. I am sure it is easy to change.
