Every damn Aaron Sorkin show was killed before it’s time. Except West Wing. And even that should have gone another few seasons.
Have to agree with West Wing. Cancelled after seven seasons is still cancelled but it was getting thin.

Sports night wasn’t cancelled, Sorkin just couldn’t write that show and West Wing at the same time.
King and Maxwell
Teranova was left at pretty much a cliffhanger REALLY needed another few seasons.
Veronica Mars was kind of finished but it was clear there was a LOT more story to tell.
The Whispers did not get good ratings but was a quite good show.
Zoo was another show that deserved better there is a lot left to tell.
Threshold was a little hard to follow but based on a good idea that needed at least two more seasons.
Surface was another good show that needed more to tell its story.
The Dresden Files was VERY good but was canceled.
Invasion was pretty good but was severely hampered by being released right on the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. I think it was unjustly canceled.
Grimm did get six seasons but needed more.

You will note that there is a heavy science fiction leaning to my list but there is one that appears in many peoples list that is not in mine, “Firefly.” While I have tried several times to watch it I just could not get caught up in it. I think it was rightly canceled but there are a lot of fans so I hope there are at least some more movies based off it. BTW: I did like the movie “Serenity” quite a bit.
Gotham.
It has one more season next year but it should get a longer run. I’m hopeful that Netflix will pick it up for more…
