Best devices as Plex client?

I streamed from my Windows 10 PC as Plex Server which is linked to router by ethernet cable. Now I am using my xbox series x (also inked to router by ethernet cable, in another room) as Plex client and sometimes experienced some lag (yellow loading ciricle at the centre of the screen) during playback of movie files https://omegle.onl/. I would like to ask Plex users here which devices you think would provide me with better smoother movie watching experience? Apple TV 4K? NVIDIA Shield TV Pro? For these two I am slighly inclined to Shield TV Pro because it can also stream my Steam game from my Win10 PC to it with very good result, as I read from many comments.

Please enlighten me?

shield pro i hear. atv4k has minor issues
both support 95% of formats, but not all.

Nvidia Shield Pro is the way to go.

What codecs and bitratea you use on your media ? Xbox series x plays flawlessly for me and 20 of my users who have xboxes, but Nvidia shield pro is hands down client king , and apple tv 4k is good but depends on what audio you use like xbox doesnt like 7.1 dolby and can transcode the video because of this sometimes but i play 4k hevc with 5.1 never lags neve buffers but dont use WiFi on xbox one models its terrible
