Best/quickest way to analyze codecs of files in my movie folder

Hi,
I’m trying to get my movie folder organized into the same format (mp4/AAC/H264). I’ve gotten most of them down but there are several that I still need to transcode (via Handbrake).
Any easy way to have Plex (or another program… I use OS X) look at my files and separate or tell me what the codecs of each file are? I’m using ‘media info’ but I have to look at one file at a time which is a bit painful.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
PB

Take a look at Plex2CSV
if you export your plex library in one of the higher detail ‘Levels’ you can sort or filter with a spreadsheet application after ‘codec’ and a ton of other criteria like sound codec or sound channel count or subtitle language.
