It would be immensely useful if there was an option to always show lyrics when there is an lrc file found. Having to manually click show lyrics in the menu for every song is really cumbersome.
It would also be nice if there was more customization of how lyrics are displayed. Just being able to increase the font size would be really nice. It would also help if you could make the lyrics window larger. I don’t understand why lyrics are only shown on half the screen.

Nope, unless I’m missing something you have to manually select “view lyrics” from the menu on the song you are listening to. If you have a full album of lrc files that are all synced then the lyrics for each song are supposed to automatically display (after that initial menu selection, which has to be done each time you listen to the album). In practice that functionality seems to be hit and miss though, and for many albums in my library I only have the non-synced lrc files (so I have to manually select “show lyrice” on every single track every single time I listen to a song.
Well, Elan says “it doesn’t turn off for local lyrics files, only remote (Plex-supplied) ones, and people are like “nope, that’s not what it’s doing” and then he asks for logs and then it becomes they were referring to not-Plexamp.
So the lyrics are supposed to be active continuously if they are local files.
