Bibliotheque problem

Hi,

It’s now several day that I’m trying eevrything but now I’m getting tired. I’m using plex on a DS416J synology nas server et and already uninstall-reinstall-update and so several time my plex on the server because some times it works correctly and the time after on of my library don’t want to show anything and saying “there is an error during the loading of the library…”
When I use the plex serve of my pc with the same folder path than the one on the server (which is on the server), it work correctly.
What can I do ? I’m tired of that problem, it’s ruining my server experience and so.

I have moved your thread to the Synology forum for better support.

  1. Stop PMS
  2. Control Panel - Shared Folders - Edit the Plex share
  3. Permissions - add your username with R/W permission
  4. Open File Station
  5. Plex -> Library -> Application Support -> Plex Media Server
  6. Right click Logs and Compress to Logs.zip
  7. Attach the ZIP file it gives you here with your next post.

I suspect your PMS database is fragmented and need optimization. This is easily resolved and preventable.
Your log files will allow me to confirm the problem before proceeding further
