Dear All,
my name is Dario… Unfortunately plex is not loading anymore my library. I have been trying to read the forum, reassigned the permissions and checking the ports to be forwarded…but nothing… Plex does not want to show the library anymore.
Please could you provide some assistance?

Let me try to resolve some confusion (on my end) first 
Is this Plex Media Server running on your Synology DS 416play or do you only use the DiskStation as storage for a Plex Media Server running on Windows?
When you say Plex is no longer loading the library… do you mean you no longer see your server / libraries from within a client app in your own home network, some remote content or you can no longer access the server at all (e.g. through Plex Web http://app.plex.tv/desktop or http://[server IP address]:32400/web)?

First of all thank you very much for replying to me. It is very appreciated.
The confusion is totally given from my inexperience!
Regarding the first question: the Plex media Server has been installed on my NAS Synology DS416play.
Regarding the second question: I can access the synology server DS416play and I can launch the plex app from the synology server (e.g.: http://192.168.1.XX:32400/). When I try to open the library, the following message appears: “There was an unexpected error loading this library”
