I just updated to the new version of the app on my Xbox One, and there’s no longer a browse all option on the movies or tv shows pages! Just a few categories that aren’t helpful to find what I’m looking for. There’s also no search option!
If you select the library name in the top navigation bar (or just the media type button) it will take you to your library, where there’s also the search functionality.
Glad I’m not the only one that couldn’t figure out how to get to browse my entire library. I spent 10 minutes going through menus trying to figure it out. Since the icons produce output when you hover, it’s not intuitive to have to click for a different function. Since the up-arrow IS intuitive, perhaps a down arrow with a small menu of choices would work better (browse all, search, etc). As a designer of web interfaces, if my customers have to ask me how to do something in my UI, I’ve done something wrong.
