Hi, my family has been enjoying movies and shows using Plex Pass for years which I really appreciate. But recently I’ve moved from South Korea to the Philippines and I’m experiencing technical difficulties. Since all the internet providers and their routers presumably have double NAT so even though I have signals fast enough to watch all kinds of movies both in Korea (500mbps) - where my plex media server is located - and in the Philippines (400mbps), I always experience stuttering or buffering while watching media content. The only way to fix it now (they don’t allow us to put the router in bridge mode and DMZ is not fast enough) is to increase buffer cache size and read factor. When I tried it on Kodi on my shield TV pro 3rd gen with 4k dolby vision, dolby atmos truehd 7.1 movies, it worked fine. So I was really hoping that you guys could add the feature to plex as well so that I don’t have to use kodi and instead, I’d stick to plex which I love. I hope you guys take this into account.
