Buffering issue on my LAN?

Hello,
I’m decided to post on forum after few days analysis on my issue…

I worked with Plex server since few years ago. I had a computer based on Debian11 + plex server on it connected on my LAN via 1gb connexion. My TV is Samsung smart tv with Plex app on it.

Last 2 weeks, I replaced my old debian 11 computer by a new one based on Debian 12 + i5 + 2Tb SSD M2 + 32Gg RAM, much more power full than my previous computer.
I configured plex server again (same configuration than on my previous computer) and since this moment, plex client on TV buffer a lot (30s waiting before seen something) and sometimes, app crash also. I don’t understand what’s happen. It’s impossible to follow a movie correctly…

Everything are working in 1Gb bandwidth by Etnernet cabling, no issue on network.
I use directplay to read data directly on my computer but when I try to understand logs, it seems to be “fine”.

What can I do to advance on this topic ? At this step I think to replace my plex app by a Kodi on Android gateway, but if there is a chance to fix plex,… I will prefer it.

Thanks !

I copy/paste logs (debug/verbose) from 20h45 > start plex player > run video > close plex 20h47
Maybe you will find something interesting ?
