Bug: "Always On Top" option=off not always respected when "Show on All Desktops" option=on

PlexAmp v1.02 on macOS 10.13.2.

When “Show on All Desktops” is first selected and “Always on Top” is turned off (or if PlexAmp is first launched with those option as previously selected), the player behaves as if “Always on Top” is turned on. A quick toggle of Always on Top to on then back to off gets it behaving properly.

I am not able to see the menu at all from the taskbar to activate “Always on Top”
