BUG: Can't get rid of OFFLINE servers in iOS app

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7616
Player Version#: 8.26 (iOS)

OFFLINE servers keep showing up in my iOS app and I can’t figure out how to remove them. This only occurs in the iOS app and not in the browser.

I retired 2 Plex servers without removing them from my account. When I select “More” in the navigation pane on the left they show up as OFFLINE. I was able to fix this in the browser version by removing those 2 servers from “authorized devices”. However, that doesn’t fix it in the Plex iOS app.

I read to log in and out on the app and tried that. That temporarily fixed the issue but they eventually re-appeared.

How do I permanently remove those 2 offline servers from my account so they stop showing up in the app?

Thanks

I suspect that something is borked within my account and needs to be corrected to get rid of these 2 offline servers. Is there Plex staff here that has this account access that can look into it for me? Thanks!

I have the same problem in the Plex App with my iPhone 11.

First i gave a name for my movies, so i named it “Plex Server Gilbert”

But i renamed it in “Gilbert on Plex”
This server in online and filled with movies.
The App has build this new server.

The other server is also in my App screen visible but is Offline !

How can i klill this Offline server ???
