[BUG] FireTV still does not support multi part movies/episodes

Many problems with the fire tv app. Vote here for player/app update. It’s long overdue.

[implemented] UPDATE to latest Exoplayer (android/firetv) --Listen to your customers--

The app for FireTV sux in so many ways it’s impossible to even name them. This would fix 90% of the problems! VOTED!!!
