Found a song I didn’t want to keep, skipped ahead to the next track in PlexAmp. Found the song in Plex Web, tried to delete it, and I can’t. I’m now two songs ahead. Still can’t delete the song.

Huh, I’m guessing you might be on Windows? This issue might be fixed in the next release, I think we were leaking sockets to the server, which might have resulting in us holding onto files on the server.
Yes, I’m on Windows. Logs were lost in forum conversion.
