do you mean a “stacked movie” (movie split across multiple files)?
Yes exactly; sorry for being unclear.
This is still happening on Android. It downloads part 1, shows the download as complete. Playing it back, it only plays part 1 and then returns to menu.
Streaming the movie works fine. It plays part 1, loads for a second, then starts part 2. So I know the files are named correctly.
This is happening on iPad also. I downloaded the Girl with Dragon Tatoo Trilogy, each comes on two disks so each movie is stacked on my server. It only downloaded the first part of each of the movies. The movie info on the iPad shows the whole length of movie (3 hours), but when playing it stops after the first part and can’t play the second part. Plays fine when playing from server, plays both of the parts.
Must be a download issue, but I have not found where I can submit a ticket about the issue.
